MSI Wind U123 on the way

MSI just announced the Wind Netbook U123, its new Windows XP (Home) based 10-inch widescreen model. The Wind U123 is based on the Intel N280 1.66 Ghz processor and comes complete with 1GB of DDR2 memory.

The 10-inch widescreen display has a resolution of 1024×600, which being better than some will be a benefit in displaying more websites correctly, without scrolling.

Several hard drive options will be available, starting and 80GB and extending up to 160GB, by way of a 120GB mid-range choice. Other optional extras are an upgraded 2 Megapixel webcam, rather than the standard 1.3 Megapixel, a 3- or 6-cell battery and models equipped with either a built-in TV-Tuner or 3G (HDSPA) card.
